Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery

After placing an order, One Eyed Woodworker aims to dispatch your parcel within 5 working days. Please note: this is not the case for furniture. Furniture items are made to order and can take 8-12 weeks.

By default, homeware items will be sent via the Royal Mail, using their 1st class service. Furniture will be sent via courier.

Please note: our purchase and sales operations are currently limited to the United Kingdom, and we're unable to fulfill orders outside of this region. We appreciate your understanding and interest in our products.

Wherever possible, the packaging used for orders is either recyclable and/or compostable.

Returns & exchanges

One Eyed Woodworker accepts returns, exchanges and cancellations as long as a request to return an item is made within 14 days of delivery. Return items must be dispatched within 30 days of delivery.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, One Eyed Woodworker can't accept returns for any customised or personalised orders.

Customers are responsible for the return costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
